Xitoy oziq-ovqat terapiyasi

 

Xitoy oziq-ovqat terapiyasi- bu oziq-ovqatning inson organizmiga ta'siri haqidagi Xitoy e'tiqodlariga asoslangan parhez usuli [1] va me'yorida ovqatlanish kabi tushunchalarga asoslangan.[2][3] Uning asosiy qoidalari an'anaviy xitoy tibbiyotining zamonaviy ko'rinishidan olingan Taoist Vuxing nazariyasi va tushunchalarining aralashmasidir.

Oziq- ovqat terapiyasi, uzoq vaqtdan beri Xitoyda ham, xorijda ham xitoyliklar orasida sog'liq uchun umumiy yondashuv bo'lib kelgan va 1990-yillarda "Sog'lom ovqatlanish daosi" va "Xitoy oshxonasining donoligi" kabi kitoblar nashr etilishi bilan g'arbiy kitobxonlar uchun ommalashgan.
